This 6,000-square-foot 1980s Santa Barbara-style home underwent a complete transformation, blending timeless design with the functionality and craftsmanship required for modern living. While the home had great character and potential, years of pieced-together additions and outdated systems meant the renovation required far more than cosmetic updates.
Our team led an extensive interior and exterior remodel that reimagined nearly every space in the home, including the kitchen, four bathrooms, laundry room, home theater, bar, wine lounge, and patios. Behind the walls, all plumbing and electrical systems were updated to current code requirements, while new windows, doors, flooring, and finishes helped unify the home architecturally and aesthetically.
To complete the transformation, we furnished five bedrooms along with the primary indoor and outdoor living spaces, creating a home that feels warm, cohesive, and effortlessly livable. Thoughtful material selections, layered textures, and a balanced mix of classic and updated elements allowed the home to retain its original charm while feeling completely renewed for the next chapter of family life.
